Oh my goodness!! I have been dying to share these dreamy, sunset, elopement, styled photos from Joshua Tree, California. What an adventure! My gorgeous models and great friends, Alix + Tevy, literally knock your socks off with their candid playful cuteness! This shoot was planned to inspire the boho, free-spirited at heart, souls, looking to capture their special day in the magical desert. All you need are some great outfits, gorgeous florals and your love!

We had the best time with our windows down, music up, driving through the park, taking in the massive rock formations and warm desert vibes. We had our sites set on a sunset location deep in the park. It is the best place to see the sun go down! Stopping a few times along the way, we were able to adventure around and take in the wonders of the park.

As we stepped out of the car at our last location, golden hour was finally upon us. The vast desert canyon lay before us, lit up like a ball of fire and light. This is where the styling and planning all came together. The sun’s rays accented the maroon suit as the bright boho dress glimmered in the light. The wild landscape unfolded before us complimenting the western styled accents. Guiding Tevy and Alix where to stand, I gave simple prompts, but asked them to just be themselves and take in the moment. Gasping for air at the stunning composition before me, I dashed around them and snapped away.
